As our Finance Manager, you will Work closely with the CFO, Business Leaders and other key stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies, forecast performance and provide insights to inform strategic decision making, drive business growth and profitability Lead a small global team of finance professionals Manage day to day financial operations including financial management and reporting Be responsible for managing all aspects of financial planning, reporting and analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and strategic projects. Ensure all compliance standards, regulations and policies are met Identifying opportunities for process improvements. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and risk management activities. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders. About you Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years' experience leadership of finance team. Remote leadership / Distance management experience preferred, but not essential Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data Understand commercial drivers outside of core finance and how they can affect business results Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust and motivate others. Ability to establish and maintain good work relationships and collaborate effectively across the business Demonstrated ability in implementing process improvements Ability to effectively manage and deliver projects to plan Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Adept at quickly learning and adapting to new technology and systems Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving financial performance.
