We see an opportunity for a Finance Manager to bring commercial efficiency into our Corporate Services. You will be business partnering with our executives, including the CEO, and providing financial leadership to deliver strategic financial outcomes. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to create impactful results.   Reporting to the Deputy CFO, your responsibilities will include: ·        Managing and coordinating the financial management of Corporate services EBITDA. ·        Identifying gaps and risks to target at the relevant monthly Leadership meetings and driving initiatives to close these. ·        Working with the executive to lead and drive effective preparation and presentation of budgets and forecasts in accordance with guidance from the planning and performance team. ·        Ensuring that targets are achieved through effective and timely identification, implementation and management of business performance initiatives. ·        Monitoring corporate projects or programmes of work ensuring spend is on track and benefits are delivered. ·        Questioning and influencing Executives and Senior Leadership teams on cost efficiencies. ·        Preparing spend variance analysis to regulatory allowances, contributing to monthly FFLAS meetings. ·        Preparing accurate and timely financial reports and provides meaningful and insightful comparison analysis to forecasts and budget for both EBITDA and CAPEX as required. ·        Conducting deep dive analysis on either regular monthly focus areas, i.e. travel, training and/or one-off specific investigations. ·        Reviewing monthly general ledger reconciliations. ·        Resolves any accounting issues as required. ·        Develops and implements finance and accounting policies. ·        Supports the external audit process and ensure accuracy of disclosure in the financial statements.     O Wheako, o Pukenga | Your Experience   We are seeking an experienced Financial Business Partner who is CA qualified and has a proven track record of working with senior stakeholders. While you are able to deliver the technical accounting requirements, your ability to bring a critical lens to our commercial opportunities and build credibility within the senior leadership team will be key markers of your success.
