This role will suit someone with good industry experience who has started to step up in their current role and is now looking to move their career path forward. This role will report into the Operations Manager, who is based out of our Auckland head office, which is further supported by our parent company Landscape Solutions. You will be joining the company at an exciting time, there is plenty of scope for you to accelerate your career into the next chapter.
With a healthy pipeline of work and an experienced team delivering this on the ground, we are seeking a predominately field based leader who is looking to grow with our Wellington division.
While you work in the field you will model, train, and mentor ''best practice'' providing leadership and guidance to our genuinely committed team. We get great satisfaction from achieving the high standards of safety and quality that we set for ourselves and in the positive and supportive feedback we receive from our clients.
We are looking for high performing Individuals who: Have experience in pest plant management and control or revegetation planting and maintenance.Experience managing field-based teams.Experience in client management and reportingNeed strong organisational skills to organise and balance field work with administrationHave a genuine interest in working in the outdoors and enhancing NZ's native biodiversity.Experience delivering and reporting against scheduled work.Good administrative organisational and planning experience.Experience quoting and delivering to budgets.Comfortable client facing and strong relationship management.Are safety and environmentally conscious.Full NZ Driver's license – manualWhat we can offer: • Relocation Support (option based on location)
