Based in Newmarket, we have an opportunity for someone to join our Faults Team as a Faults Coordinator. This role is the connection between our customers and the business. You will be responsible for understanding and resolving customer enquiries to ensure total customer satisfaction. This is achieved by providing timely and appropriate responses to all customer enquiries and delivering customer-driven resolutions with outstanding communication skills and process awareness.
The ideal person will be a reliable, adaptable team player with excellent listening skills. Our fault and emergency lines are operational 24/7*365 so you will need to be flexible to work 40-hour shifts on a 7-day roster.
While training will be provided, it is essential that you have at least 1- 2 years previous contact centre experience and has the ability to adapt to our industry.
