Family Lawyer

We are looking for a Family Court Lawyer ideally with at least 3 years PQE to join our Family Law team of our busy provincial general practice. The position involves a variety of family law work but with a focus on Care of Children Act, care and protection, family violence and associated matters. The successful applicant should have a strong academic background, positive outlook, good legal drafting and inter-personal skills and have a great sense of humour. As most of the work is legally-aided, legal aid lead provider status would be essential.
