Job Description

Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Factory Manager to lead our La Bonne Cuisine factory based in East Tamaki, to ensure delivery across all operational imperatives – people, safety, quality, food safety, customer service & cost. About the role: Safety – maintaining a proactive safety program, meeting incident rate improvement metrics and ensuring safety is ingrained into the site culture Quality – maintaining food safety and quality programs to minimize recalls/complaints Manufacturing performance – ensuring achievement of targets relating to inventory accuracy, SLOB minimization, stock cover, conformance to plan and case fill rate Cost Accountability – protecting site assets, managing site costs to ensure budgets are achieved, analyzing production performance and costs and taking corrective action to maximise financial outcomes Leadership – mentor and develop staff capability, ensure adequate succession planning, drive culture change Continuous improvement – investigate and proactively manage opportunities for improved productivity, safety, cost, quality, and waste reduction This position is based in East Tamaki, Auckland.
