We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

All activities Site Leadership (combining Plant Commissioning, Manufacturing Operations and Deliveries Control)
Driving a high-performance culture, team engagement & morale
Leadership and personnel performance management
Health & Safety and Environmental Process/Risk Management
Unit Cost reduction to be the best in NZ
Product Quality Control and Assurance
Customer Order and Manufacturing Order Fulfilment
Facility Reliability and Business Dependability
Segregation of Duties and Technology Retention
Manufacturing Process Development
New Product Capability and Recipe Improvement
Asset Management and Control

Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering required (or MBA business if relevant)
10+ years' experience in manufacturing operations in either:
Steel reinforced precast concrete products manufacturing and/or
Automated product manufacturing
5+ years' experience in a business management and financial control capacity
Knowledge of our products, how they work along and a passion for our industry
Working knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental regulations with a track record of successfully leading the safety culture & productivity
Able to lead root cause analysis investigations
