Genuine career progression opportunities br Portfolio covering retail and commercial br Generous salary package br Your new company br Your new company is one of the largest players in the market with a brand presence stretching far and wide across 100 countries in 6 continents Established in New Zealand over 20 years ago they are recognised as the industry specialists in all things Real Estate Property and Facilities Management br Your new role br You will be reporting to the National Operations Manager and on the other side have the Facilities Coordinators as your direct report You will be responsible for the day to day management of several key sites within their property portfolio The role of the Facilities Manager is to ensure all premises are maintained to a high standard ensuring the comfort and safety of all staff and customers is maintained at all times The role has overall responsibility for ensuring all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance is completed within agreed time frames br What you ll need to succeed br To succeed in this role you will have relevant and recent industry experience and previous exposure to a corporate environment will see you rise as the preferred candidate You will also need to have br At least 5 years facilities management experience br Experience managing contractors
