We have a very rare and exciting role within the Sales and Marketing team: Director of Sales - Hotels & Sky Tower and so we are looking for an exceptional sales guru to fill some pretty big shoes. Reporting to our GM Sales & Marketing (that's her in the video!), the position is all about visitation, achieving revenue and profit objectives along with leading a great team. What will I be doing? Manage significant budget and revenue expectations Strategic planning and pro-active thinking Sales forecasting and segmentation Leading a driven sales team across all customer segments Contracting new and repeat business Maintain partnerships and seek new business relationships What do I need to be successful? Proven success of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve aggressive targets Track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients Ideally Hotels, Hospitality, Entertainment sales experience Strong negotiator and influencer Strategic thinker Experience with sales tools and platforms What's in it for me?
