We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our award winning Harcourts Property Management team based in Cromwell and Alexandra. This is a busy role that provides variety and challenges with the support of the largest Property Management Team in Otago.
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate:
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
The ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
Professionalism and be articulate in all forms of communication
Great administration skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
If you have an outgoing personality, are dedicated and hard-working with an exceptional phone manner then we encourage you to apply. This is a full time position.
Applicants must have NZ/Australian residency or a valid work permit.
A clean Police check and driving licence is essential.
