Executive Manager NZ Infrastructure Operations We have a fantastic opportunity within our Technology Data Labs area for an infrastructure guru Our Executive Manager NZ Infrastructure Operations has taken up a 12month career break and as a result we are looking for a seasoned leader to elevate our customer service experience over this period The role is accountable for the NZ IT Infrastructure Operations Customer Services and their alignment to the Suncorp NZ business strategies Your key responsibilities would include Strategic leadership of the health roadmaps and maintenance of Infrastructure Operations Customer service focus underpinned by strong incident and problem management leadership experience Financial accountability across cost centres for operations and projects Asset accountability of all infrastructure end user compute components Provide clarity around strategic direction key deliverables and expectations including performance behaviours and timelines Govern the delivery of the functional programs of work across the full infrastructure and end user compute area Build a resilient agile management team able to navigate complexity and create a culture of simplicity innovation and continuous improvement IT Security consultancy and review for NZ IT services What we are looking for Strong knowledge of infrastructure and a background in service delivery is preferable Strong knowledge of Agile methods and change management Understanding of risk and financial management Experience in program or project management Excellent communications interpersonal influencing and negotiation skills Strong business acumen commercial delivery and strategic thinking skills Proven track record of senior relationship stakeholder management Experience in leading high performing teams Knowledge of information technology and BT industry trends and issues Sound understanding of how information and technology contribute to business performance About Suncorp Suncorp New Zealand is a leading general and life insurance provider We are part of the Suncorp Group a Top 20 ASXlisted financial services company with 96 billion in assets employing over 13 500 people Our purpose is to create a better today for all our customers It is what drives us and gives meaning to every action we take Our portfolio of brands means our people can take advantage of the career opportunities that come with a largescale organisation while also enjoying the flexibility and flat hierarchy of a small one We promote a highperformance culture where people are rewarded for effort and dedication If you are interested in working in an exciting fast paced business with a supportive team environment then we d love to hear from you If this opportunity sounds like you please apply online
