We have a unique opportunity for an E x e c u t i v e A ss i s tan t to provide support to th e Director Collections & Research and the Director Audience and Insight.
About the Role: You'll assist the Directors manage a range of competing priorities by using your judgement and initiative to appropriately respond to requests, provide information, coordinate deliverables, manage diaries and provide secretariat support to cross-organisation decision-making groups.
About You: You will be an experienced Executive Assistant with outstanding communication skills and the confidence, judgement, and discretion to influence and assist across diverse internal and external stakeholders in our complex, multi-faceted and bicultural environment.
You'll demonstrate a strong team commitment, a can-do approach and a great attitude. In addition to your exceptional EA skills, you will have an ability to apply tikanga in the workplace and use a foundational level of te reo Maori in interactions.
Details: This is a permanent fulltime position. The successful candidate will be offered within the salary range of $70,583 to $81,728, reflective of their skills and experience and internal relativities with other employees.
