Working in a dynamic, changing and fast paced environment, you will be responsible for diary and event management, recruitment support, meeting secretariat, monitoring communication, preparing documents, arranging travel and other executive support duties all while working collaboratively with a wider support team. This is an important role, your ability to think on your feet, be proactive and add value to the work of the Government Property team or the Small Business, Commerce and Consumer Policy team will be critical. A strong focus on continuous improvement is important as well as the ability to build a strong understanding of the team, the BRM group and MBIE. You will maintain effective internal and external relationships, deal with high level, urgent and confidential issues and work effectively with the teams as needed.
