Te whiwhinga mahi| The Opportunity The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive high quality, timely support, and assistance to the Head of Health, Wellbeing, Safety & Organisational Resilience with a specific focus on ensuring their work programme is proactively managed to ensure smooth and effective delivery. This includes dealing with matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature. Schedule management, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management and seamless logistics.
This is a Wellington based role.
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role providing support to a senior executive and their team.Government and health sector experience desirable.A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
