The Opportunity The Environmental Advisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company's projects adhere to the highest environmental standards while adding significant value through their expertise and proactive approach.
You will conduct thorough environmental assessments, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions to minimise environmental impact and support the business to maintain regulatory compliance and uphold our commitment to environmental stewardship.
In addition to the above, you'll: Implement and monitor environmental management plans in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.Conduct environmental assessments and provide recommendations to minimize environmental impact during project execution.Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainable practices into project planning and execution.Advise on environmental compliance issues and provide guidance on best practices to ensure regulatory compliance and to ensure we uphold our commitment to environmental stewardshipConduct environmental audits and inspections to assess and improve environmental performance.Liaise with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and community groups to foster positive relationships and promote environmental stewardshipStay informed about evolving environmental regulations and industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement Benefits when you join us! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Certification or accreditation in environmental management (e.g., CEnvP) is desirable Experience Knowledge in running CS View System.
