Engineering Team Leader - Electronics

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader - Electronics to join our company. This recently created position will be Leading the Electronic Engineers and Technicians in the Product Research and Development Team. You will provide the technical leadership and manage, plan, and coordinate activities in the electronics aspects of the product development to deliver innovative world-class frequency control products. While the role is Product R&D Department, it will also require close collaboration with the other core and supporting engineering departments across the global Rakon sites. We're looking for: At least 10 years experience of successfully working in Electronics Development Engineering, both in a hands-on technical role and at the people leader level. Advanced proficiency in the use of circuit modeling, simulation tools, and test systems.Knowledge of key APQP tools (DFMEA DVP+R).Proven experience of successfully facilitating and educating others in an engineering context.Outstanding communication and people skills and the values of a true leader.A minimum of a degree in Electronics Engineering, with a preference for higher-level study and additional training in management.At Rakon, we value problem solvers and strong analytical thinkers who continuously seek to improve our products, business, and themselves.
