If you are an experienced supermarket Duty Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity, then this is the role for you!

The opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated, inspirational, hands on Duty Manager to help lead our store and deliver the very best experience for our customers.

Overall accountabilities:
In your store you will be at the forefront of promoting excellent customer service delivery and merchandising standards. The purpose of this role is to ensure a consistently fresh and appealing shopping experience for all customers and the smooth running of the store. It will be your responsibility to ensure that at all times the store appearance, compliance, security, service and productivity are maintained to an exceptionally high standard.

To be successful you will be or have:
A current Managers Certificate and License Controller Certificate
Computer literate
Minimum 2 years supermarket experience
Proven supervisory and leadership experience within a supermarket
Ability to motivate, lead and inspire teams of people
Strong communication and organisational skills
Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
Available for weekends and public holidays as needed and may be required to work split shifts
Willing to work a minimum of 50 hours each week. Hours of work are 1:00pm to 10:00pm six days a week and such additional hours as are required
Good employment history, be able to meet police check and must not have any medical conditions that will significantly impair ability to perform the role
