Job Description

Permanent, part time position available
56 hours per fortnight (0.6 FTE)
We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team on a permanent basis.
Community Nursing provides a wide range of specialist nursing care in the community, with the aim being to enable you to stay healthier for longer and closer to home.

The role would appeal to those who enjoy the challenges and variety associated with working autonomously in the community environment.

It is essential that you have a current unendorsed drivers licence, a strong customer service focus, and have a broad range of clinical skills including wound management (both acute and chronic), intravenous therapy, urinary in dwelling catheter well as knowledge in the management of long term conditions. Ideally you’ll have experience in a community setting however we will consider all applicants who can demonstrate practise at a proficient level.
