About you You are a goal-oriented, high-performing individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience in a customer services related field would be looked at favourably however that is not essential because we focus on attitude and will equip you with the additional skills you need. Resilience and a good sense of judgement Strong social skills – You will interact and build rapport with many people across all parts of our business, you will interact with our clients and our sales team. You have the ability to speak appropriately to your audience in an engaging and positive manner. Negotiation skills – We will teach you a lot, but you already have the confidence to negotiate a positive outcome even in the most challenging of situations. Integrity – You do the right thing even when no one is watching! A team player – We are a large team of smaller teams working towards challenging targets. You will do your part and be a positive contributor! A high level of competence in Microsoft Office Applications – specifically Excel and Word - let's face it our world revolves around technology and communication so these skills are a must! About the role Our team operate in an inbound/outbound calling environment where you will be responsible for;
Identifying areas of upselling our vast range of credit management products to our existing client base. Inbound/Outbound Calling to clients Reception and administrative duties including processing tax invoices and associated applications * Loading new clients Reviewing terms and conditions of trade for compliance with industry legislation Handling debtor correspondence and directing to appropriate department Assisting our team of Area Managers with any sales support requirements We are an equal opportunities employer with a diverse team, and there are long term genuine prospects for the right people in our ever-growing business.
