Will Able is a social enterprise developed by Altus Enterprises not for profit which creates employment opportunities for people with disabilities through a unique range of environmentally friendly cleaning products packaged in New Zealand Through this job you will be contributing to our goal of creating new jobs for people with disabilities bringing them purpose independence a sense of inclusion and community This role is part of a small team of three but a wider team of 200 based in South Auckland and although initially the hours are parttime we anticipate the hours will increase within a few months You will be computer literate and experienced in warehouse dispatch and you may have experience in Unleashed or a similar stock control software You are a team player have a cando attitude enjoy a challenge and have empathy and understanding of the disability sector You have a calm manner use your initiative and possess excellent verbal and written customer service skills You will have a good understanding of the importance of health and safety in the workplace and understand the value of a collaborative team If you could drive a forklift that would be a bonus Key responsibilities will include Dispatching product orders Responding to customer email enquiries Inventory management Managing incoming goods ordering tracking receipting Managing assembly of finished goodsSetting up machinery decanting machine and batching machine decanting labelling batching storingTracking stock levelsInventory storage in rackingWe offer a super friendly diverse and supportive environment and we pay market rates give you your birthday off 15 sick days annually and Southern Cross membership We are flexible with start and finish times if you have particular requirements just ask If this is the kind of work and the environment sounds appealing please send your CV and a short cover letter to hr altusenterprises co nzApplications close at 5 00 pm on Friday 6 March 2020
