Permanent, Full Time Arohanui Hospice provides specialist palliative care for patients living with life limiting illnesses and support for their families/whanau; within the Manawatu, Tararua, Horowhenua and Rangitikei/Taihape regions.

If you have experience in the development of Strategy and Operational Plans and can demonstrate leadership and operational strategy skills we encourage you to apply to be considered for this unique opportunity. We are searching for a Director People, Quality and Culture for Arohanui Hospice to strengthen organisational culture and build employee engagement, capability, performance and stakeholder relationships. This role will provide a whole of organisation leadership to drive development and implement strategies and programmes to ensure excellence across all areas of our organisation. The successful applicant will have overall management of our strategic and operational business processes, quality, audits and evaluation, human resources, health and safety and cultural development. This appointment is a member of the Arohanui Hospice Senior Leadership and Management Team (SLMT).
Do you have?
Proven experience in the development and implementation of Strategy and Operational Plans.
Demonstrated capability in successful management of change.
Able to influence and motivate to achieve outcomes.
Experience delivering business outcomes against a range of quality frameworks.
Have knowledge or know-how to be able to set up, expand and/or support a range of cultural networks and service delivery strategies within our communities.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
