This is mahi that will improve the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it…Te whiwhinga mahi | The OpportunityThis role overseas the provision of critical organisational culture and learning development expertise to support district leadership and employees, with a specific focus on building capability and shifting the workplace culture to the desired state for Te Whatu Ora, that aligns to the People Plan and supports the delivery of Te Pae Tata.7-10+ years' HR\L&OD experience with extensive experience leading change, facilitation, leadership development, building high performance teams and impacting organisational culture.Experience in coaching others and providing feedback, strategic advice and support to executives and people leaders.Programme and project management experience, preferably in a large organisation with national and local operational delivery structures.Experience in planning and leading change management initiatives to support people and systems to change culture and behaviours, to achieve outcomes and sustained improvement.Experience in collaborating with leaders and HR partners to identify competency gaps, learning needs, and culture and talent development priorities.A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
