About the opportunity As the Director of Operations at Enatel, you will have the chance to make a lasting impact on the company's success, drive its growth, and contribute to its strategic decisions. About you You will be at the forefront of Enatel's operations and supply chain strategies, both locally and globally. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of supplies, managing inventory levels effectively, and maintaining the highest standards for the safe manufacture of top-quality products. As the Successful candidate, you will have: Proven strategic planning and business plan alignment. Demonstrated ability to prepare annual business plans and synchronise operations with strategic goals. Extensive expertise in Supply Chain and Production operations, including robust decision making. Prior experience in lean manufacturing, optimising productivity, and ensuring on-time product delivery with quality standards. Track record of developing and implementing effective risk management frameworks for Procurement and Production processes. Proven leadership experience with successful team coaching, mentoring, and development.
