Fixed-term position (until June 2021) working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

As Napier City Council moves to digitising their property files, a fixed-term position for a Digitisation Assistant has arisen within our busy Records Management team to assist with the project.
This position involves:
Physical sorting and preparation of Property Files
Accurate scanning of Property Files and other documents
Indexing and naming of digitised documents
Quality assurance check and reporting of any issues
The ideal candidate will have experience with scanning software and familiarity with Council property files would be advantageous. You will also have strong time management skills, the ability to work unsupervised and an eye for detail as accuracy will be a pivotal point of the operation.
