Mo te Turanga | About the Role As a specialist property assessor, you'll be responsible for assessing and adjusting claims for property loss or damage. In this role, you'll manage your own caseload end-to-end and assessing the damage to ensure a fair and reasonable outcome. This involves quantifying loss, initiating repairs and replacement, and working with customers on negotiating settlements for referred claims whilst providing an exceptional level of customer care. You'll also provide regular reports on findings, potential areas of risk/opportunity and strategies to mitigate/enhance these.
