An important part of the Vista Group Marketing team, the Digital/Web Designer is responsible for envisioning, creating, and maintaining compelling and responsive websites. Work closely with the marketing team to create user personas, develop visual collaterals for social platforms, and design content strategy.
About the role: Assist the marketing team in creating visual assets such as landing pages, websites, advertisements, brochures, flyers and catalogues Collaborate with product marketing managers to create and execute design plans Support the design process by creating style guides and collaborating with other designers to execute marketing requirements Build navigation-friendly wireframes, websites and mock-ups that are usable, persuasive and visually enticing Curate aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly graphics for all Vista Group websites Create responsive templates for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and tablets Design and implement website layouts, logos and branding in alignment with the brand values and target audience Suggest and execute cohesive visual brand strategies for the company's websites, blog, social media channels and other digital assets Stay updated with the latest industry updates and trends in website design About Vista Vista is a world-leading company that makes software for the cinema industry. About you: 3+ years of experience as a web designer or graphic designer Demonstrable expertise in previous web design projects with an applicable portfolio Have practical knowledge of different design tools, such as Figma, Webflow, and Adobe Suite Demonstrate strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layout design and usability principles, particularly for websites Proficiency in graphic design, art and psychology with a sense of how different elements work together on a web page A creative thinker with excellent visual communication skills, design multimedia skills and computer adeptness Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design Familiarity with website development languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript Demonstrate competency in handling content management systems (CMS) Experience with responsive design, UI/UX interface designs and user experience design principles is beneficial A bachelor's degree in graphic designing, web designing or a related field A strong team player who creates value and builds trust through your contribution and your genuine care in doing your best for your team An effective communicator who builds trust through your open, honest and constructive communication style You constantly improve the way we work and create value by challenging the status quo  You take action and create value though intelligent risks and prioritising what's most important for Vista Group  You create value by believing in the magic of cinema and seeking to understand the bigger picture of the wider business and industry, to better contribute towards the success of Vista Group You will be supported to continually learn and improve your skills, share knowledge and ideas in the team, and be part of a dynamic and open culture.
