The role As one of the Digital Platform Product Owners, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Tuatahi First Fibre stays in first place. You will be responsible for the delivery of our digital platform product(s) from understanding customer needs, defining, and prioritising features, through to release and value realisation. You will work closely within our cross functional teams and across our business to ensure our products are the best. You will be a motivated initiative driver, a strong collaborator with a natural focus on quality and high value outcomes. Your in-depth knowledge of the Product Owner role n an agile software development environment will bring a sense of direction and purpose to drive the best value from our digital platform products. You will also need to be: Visionary - to a create a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and customer needs. A strong communicator - able to translate stakeholder requirements into clear and actionable user stories. Inherently curious wanting to grow and evolve product knowledge - staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to further lead product development. Quality conscious - ensuring that the product increments meet quality standards and fulfil stakeholder requirements. A confident and timely decision maker - able to support the teams when and where they need it by making data-driven decisions. A critical thinker - understanding the process of exploring an issue and then taking focused action. Also, useful but by means essential would be experience in the Telecommunications and/or Utilities markets, experience working with the ServiceNow platform and product owner certification.
