THE OPPORTUNITY
Were an energetic and fast-paced internal agency for TAFE NSW, looking for a talented designer to join the team. As a key member of the Creative Services design team, you will contribute to the origination and delivery of campaign ideas and their translation into integrated campaign deliverables. Having a collaborative approach and a focus for the solution, youll engage day to day with internal stakeholders across the organisation and external stakeholders including media and production partners, to support lead generation, enrolment targets and other business objectives.
Your role will include:
Supporting the Creative Design Manager and Digital Design Manager in the successful execution of campaign creative across integrated channels (including traditional media, digital, social, video, content marketing and events).
Taking a brief and producing design and reproduction ready finished art which are aligned to the brand guidelines and compliance regulations.

ABOUT YOU

You have excellent communication skills, strong time management and workflow skills, and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities.
Youre experienced in taking briefs and producing creative design solutions and finished art for traditional print channels and online channels including web display (both static and animated), eDMs and social media.
You have a varied portfolio including print, online and digital design and branding.
You possess a strong attention to detail in your work and are fastidious with your file management.
You have a solid understanding of both MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; as well as experience in preparing and flight-checking files for reproduction.
You have qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience and have the ability to address and meet the focus capabilities as stated in the position description.
