Right now, we have a vacancy for a Despatcher Coordinator. This team works in a fast-paced environment in which exceeding our customer's expectations being the goal every day.Do you have the ability to multi-task and juggle all the required pieces, then bring them all together to complete the required package?This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 7-5pm and one Saturday per month from 8-12pm only.The Role:• Compiling orders for despatch and customer collections and making sure they are complete and ready at the required time• Liaising with everybody involved in the delivery and collection process including our delivery services providers• Independently check all final prepared loads to ensure accuracy against the sales order, before correcting any errors and signing off• Follow up any discrepancies in orders whether incomplete or queries in freight charges• Provide excellent customer serviceAbout You:To be successful in this role, you will need to:• Be reliable and have strong attention to detail with some great organization skills• Be an excellent communicator with the ability to get along with a wide variety of people• Be physically fit as there is lifting involved• Hold a valid Full Drivers Licence. Forklift experience and F endorsement would be preferred• An understanding of the building industry would be an advantageWith the role requiring a fair amount of heavy lifting, you will need to be physically fit.
