Put simply, sustainability is what we do.Job Description The roleYour key responsibilities will be to provide excellence in customer services for Waste Management's customer-base, by answering customer enquiries/requests, scheduling daily work for operators, monitoring, and managing routes and coordinating drivers. Building strong customer relationships as well as proactively identifying and informing customers of any operational delays will play an integral part in this role.Qualifications About youTo be successful in this role you will have proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. You also bring a proactive and positive attitude and the ability to instantly build rapport with customers.You are customer-centric, a strong relationship builder, flexible, have high attention to detail and good time management.
