Studio Elros is looking for an experienced interface designer to create thoughtful, eye-catching designs on a variety of user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with teams to implement a design that enhances the needs and vision of the product. What you will do Collaborate with our product leads, engineering, and leadership to build meaningful products. Use your design expertise to inform UI/UX decisions, aligned with the entire product team. Quickly prototype various interface designs to help us conduct user research. Design decisions are thoughtful, and take into account engineering and product requirements. You understand the importance of validating your work with user research, data, and analysis. You've Shipped and owned the life cycle of a diverse set of large design projects. You are self sufficient and can drive design oriented decisions forward. Communication Excellence: you understand the importance of clear communication, and its effects on partners and the team. You can clearly communicate tradeoffs between various elements of your design. Mindful leadership and collaboration. An understanding there is never one best solution, and we trust one another to do our best work. You are accountable for your results and understand there is always room for improvement.
