Demand & Supply Planner

Auckland City, AucklandThe OpportunityJohnson and Johnson is the world's largest healthcare company where are products and colleagues support more than a billion people around the world every day.Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager ANZ, you will be responsible for managing the demand and supply planning process for the Joints, Mitek & Sports portfolios. You will ensure the effectiveness of the supply and customer service process as well as the accuracy of our demand forecast.Key responsibilities will include:Driving process standardisation and identifying areas for process improvementPlanning and monitoring of inventory levels as well and managing internal reviews on a quarterly basisInfluencing internal stakeholders to achieve best in class demand forecasting resultsEnd to end responsibility for the timely material creation process in support of on time and in budget new product introductionPrepare all KPIs for Franchise/Division responsible for (LIFR, MAPE, BIAS Inventory & ESO)Ensuring shipment expediting and supply planning as well as return shipments where neededQualificationsIt’s all about YOUThis business critical role will see you building relationships across Johnson and Johnson and give you the chance to work alongside a dedicated and passionate team.To be successful in the role you will have:A track record of outstanding performance and understanding of inventory management concepts and processesCollaborative approach with your internal colleaguesDemonstrated history of establishing productive, valued customer relationshipsExperience in forecasting and MRP planningExcellent problem solving and analytical skills as well as experience in S&OP or IBPUnderstanding of advanced planning systems such as APO, OMPStrong Excel skills as well as SAP KnowledgeJohnson and Johnson can change everything including YOUCaring for the world, one person at a time, has inspired and united the people of Johnson & Johnson for 125 years.
