And we're on the lookout for a Demand Generation Specialist to join the team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B marketing and a proven track record in demand generation.
The Role As a Demand Generation Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand and generate leads for our sales team. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement the overall demand generation strategy, ensuring seamless execution and maximum return on investment.

Key Responsibilities: Implement the demand generation strategy and campaigns to drive qualified leads to the sales team.Plan, organise, and coordinate various events and campaigns, managing all logistical aspects for optimal results.Manage marketing automations, including lead capture, nurturing, scoring, and segmentation, to optimise lead flows and engagement.Maintain CRM data integrity and manage lead lifecycle stages to effectively track leads through the funnel and enhance conversion rates.Utilise marketing automation and CRM platforms to monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, measuring effectiveness and ROI for continuous optimisation.Collaborate with sales teams to align demand generation efforts with sales goals and priorities.Work closely with product marketing to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with product offerings in all demand generation activities.Assist in wider marketing projects to achieve marketing plan objectives e.g. scheduling social posts, building landing pages and emails, providing support, insights and coordination for the team
The ideal candidate will have the following experience or formal qualifications:
•2+ years of digital marketing experience with proficiency in email marketing, CRM, marketing operations, project management, and demand generation tools.
•Experience with common marketing technology such as HubSpot and Google Analytics
