TELEMARKETERS / LEAD GENERATION EXPERTS – Business and Consumer Sales - Outbound (Call Centre & Customer Service) We are seeking experienced, confident, professional and business-savvy telemarketers to join our team for assignments in the business and residential/consumer space. About the Company Hot Leads provide targeted outbound telemarketing and lead generation services to a wide range of industries. Our clients utilise our services to support existing sales staff or to build a pipeline of sales opportunities for their businesses. Responsibilities & Benefits Campaigns vary in hours and length Appointment setting, telesales and telefundraising Business campaign hours – we are flexible with hours and days of work for the right candidate, but our Consultants generally work between 25 and 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday during business hours Residential/Consumer hours - Mon-Thurs 4pm-7.30pm and either Sat and/or Sun 10.30am-3.30pm (flexible) Work from home anywhere in NZ Varied roles with interesting assignments over diverse range of industries Competitive hourly rate. Skills & Experience Required Please read carefully - we run a team of experienced consultants - not to be rude, but if working in a COVID response call centre is your only tele-experience, this is not the role for you. Excellent telephone manner and ability to build a rapport and converse with contacts at all levels Computer and/or laptop (preferably 2 monitors/screens), headset (suitable for softphone, fast and reliable internet connection, so you can work efficiently from home. A minimum of two years, New Zealand telemarketing experience Strong and accurate keyboard skills with impeccable written and oral communication skills Commercially-minded with a good sense of business concepts and processes Ability to show initiative with a common sense approach Positive, energetic and professional personality Note - Whilst our office is based in Parnell, you don't have to live in Auckland to apply for this role, our technology allows our Consultants to work from the comfort of their own home offices, nationwide.
