We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team. The Customer Support Manager role is a full-time customer service role, managing our relationships with customers and providing them with the best possible experience. You’ll be dealing with some unhappy campers from time to time, so we’re looking for someone with thick skin who takes pride in turning a poor experience into a great one!
