Performance Lab is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Customer Success Specialist at Performance Lab, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services. This includes onboarding new customers, providing training and support, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to gather feedback from customers and drive product improvements. Key responsibilities:- Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure customers are utilizing our products effectively- Monitor customer engagement and satisfaction levels, and proactively address any issues- Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements- Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure long-term customer success- Track and report on customer success metrics and KPIs Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Personality traits:- Dedicated- Passionate Soft skills:- Innovation- Strategic planning Benefits:- Relocation allowance- Profit sharing- Travel opportunities At Performance Lab, we foster a working environment that encourages calculated risk-taking to drive innovation and progress.
