Job Description:

Unleashed Software is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. The ideal candidate for this role is a confident and reliable individual with at least 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their success with our software solutions.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and grow opportunities within key accounts- Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business needs and objectives- Educate customers on the value of our products and services- Act as the main point of contact for any customer inquiries, issues, or escalations- Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote retention- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions as needed- Work closely with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and feature requests

Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field- Confident and reliable personality traits- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)- Experience working in the SaaS industry (preferred)
