Customer Service Representative Weekends

We are looking for someone special to join our busy team. Bidfresh hamilton is a 7day/week produce supplier to the dynamic waikato market. Supplying coffee carts to goverement departments and everything in between. Bidfresh is at the forefront of the produce industry in New Zealand, offering an exceptional customer experience driven by passion,commitment, innovationa and expertise.
Our ideal candidiate will come to us with a proven background in the hospitality or supporting industries and will possess a sound knowldege of all things food and food related. You will also have a passion for customer service.
As Customer service representative you will have a range of duties including all inbound calls, accurate entry of customer orders, product queries and organising of special order products, with an absolute focus on customer satisfaction.
You will have exceptional communication skills, an exceptional telephone manner and be able to demonstarte a high level of organisation and history of relaiability and accuracy with numbers as well as the ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
Attributes of paitence,persistence, flexibility, concentration and an eye for the fine detail are must.
Essential Skills & Atributes :
Interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a wie range of people witht he ability to handle challenging cutomers and react effectivley and calmly in all situations.
A comitment to teamwork, a professional customer first attiyude and ability to deliver value added ineractions.
Ability to solve product or supply issues, quickly & effectivley as they arise.
Accuracy in all order and enquiring processing, to ensure customer recive exceptional service at all times.
An ability to work methodically and keep a clear head - particularly when under pressure.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
The role is a Nightshift role "Friday - Saturday"
