Customer Service Manager - Cleaning

Plus, we're focused on sustainability, so we look after the planet too. About the Role  We are seeking a motivated and versatile Site Manager to join our team at the Edgecumbe Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards of cleanliness. This role is unique as it combines administrative duties with hands-on tasks, including cleaning and supporting the Total Productive Maintenance (TPS) staff. This role will be covered: Monday to Sunday working 40hrs per week.  Covering the cleaning services provided to Edgecumbe Fonterra.  Our Ideal Candidate Is reliable, flexible, and an excellent communicator. They have people management experience - motivating, developing, and directing their team as they work comes naturally. They are superb at managing their own time effectively, making sound decisions and can think on their feet. Our ideal candidate understands our customers expect quality and always deliver services to a high standard. A knowledge of the cleaning industry would be advantageous but not essential.  Ability to write and speak English fluently is essential as is a NZ Driver's license.
