Plus, we're focused on sustainability, so we look after the planet too.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and versatile Site Manager to join our team at the Edgecumbe Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards of cleanliness. This role is unique as it combines administrative duties with hands-on tasks, including cleaning and supporting the Total Productive Maintenance (TPS) staff.This role will be covered:Monday to Sunday working 40hrs per week.Covering the cleaning services provided to Edgecumbe Fonterra.Our Ideal CandidateIs reliable, flexible, and an excellent communicator. They have people management experience - motivating, developing, and directing their team as they work comes naturally. They are superb at managing their own time effectively, making sound decisions and can think on their feet.
