Our Customer Finance team is currently seeking an experienced Customer Accounts Administrator to become an integral part of our operations at our Whakatane office. About the role Reporting directly to the Customer Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Customer Finance Administration team. Your responsibilities will involve handling various financial transactions and responding to customer inquiries accurately and promptly to maintain excellent customer engagement with Nova customers. Other key tasks: Processing credit card and direct debit transactions on a daily basis. Handling new direct debit and credit card authorities, and processing changes as per customer requests. Using data to identify problems and develop processes to enhance customer service experience. About you This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in administrative accounts, demonstrating proficiency in various administrative taks, including accurate data entry. You should have a good understanding of accounting principles and numeracy skills to ensure accurate processing. You will have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment while promoting inclusivity and positivity. Key skills required for this role: Previous experience in administrative accounts environment. Good organisational, planning and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables and Vlookup.
