Job description:

NetApp is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate Level, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.4.
