Job Description: Z Energy is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolving customer complaints with empathy and efficiency- Providing product information and assistance to customers- Managing customer accounts and updating information as needed- Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Maintaining customer satisfaction by following up with customers after their inquiries have been resolved- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer service skills Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service roles- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Leadership and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent Benefits:- Profit sharing- Paid sick leave- Company equipment Working Environment:At Z Energy, we encourage calculated risk-taking to drive innovation and progress.
