We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

The work our team does is vital. You'll provide high-quality and comprehensive administrative support across the HR team, including specific support for the Group Manager, Human Resources. We'd like our Coordinator to be someone with a strong working background or a qualification in HR who is keen to integrate and engage fully with the team as you embark on your HR career path.
You will be the sort of person who naturally brings energy, initiative, commitment, and enthusiasm to your role. You'll be proactive and well experienced in smoothly managing multiple deadlines and priorities to ensure the best outcome in each situation, including when providing administrative support for meetings and events.
Either through your previous work, or your studies, you will have developed familiarity with the work of Human Resources. This combined with your excellent attention to detail and high-quality communication skills, means you will be well set up to provide seamless support and competently manage the administration functions of our HR Admin inbox and act as a records manager for HR files.

To succeed in this role, you will have a consistent, proactive, customer focused and engaging approach to your work and building strong relationships. You'll also be able to clearly demonstrate experience and strong levels of capability when it comes to forward planning and anticipating needs.
