Nga korero mo te turanga – About the role The Contact Team supports the student enrolment process and to offer guidance and answer any questions our prospective students and applicants may have. The role is to call applicants who are at the various stages of the process and guide them from the moment they start their application right up to when our students enrol. There will be a focus on delivering and meeting targets. Having lots of energy and the ability to multi-task whilst providing excellent customer service is key to the success of our team. You will be joining an integrated and diverse team, where you will always be encouraged to contribute feedback on current practice and we welcome suggestions of new innovative ways of improving processes to enhance the student experience. Salary will be in the range of $54,686 to $66,152 per year pro rata based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a part-time role for 15 hours a week to be worked across 3 or 4 days (Monday to Thursday). The hours of work are between the hours of 4:00pm to 8:00pm, based on our Hillcrest Campus. Ideally, you will have experience in a Contact Centre environment and will thrive off delivering excellent customer service, predominantly supporting students through their enrolment journey. You are driven by results and willing to achieve common goals within a collaborative working environment. High standards of work quality and output, including the ability to work to deadlines and maintain performance under pressure. Most importantly, you will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to successfully engage with not only a diverse student population, but wider key stakeholders across the University.
