Job Description: Joy Business Academy is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Auckland, New Zealand. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, possess strong people management skills, and excel in critical thinking.
