Job Summary: Our client is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Consultant to join their Customer Care Team. This role will suit someone who has a genuine desire to help people improve their financial position and enjoys building relationships with customers through empathy, understanding and commitment.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Your day will involve communicating with customers via email and webchat, inbound & outbound calls, to establish payment plans that work for all parties. You will handle a variety of queries from customers and clients, work with authorised third party organisations and carry out account reviews searching for positive outcome opportunities.
