Job Description The Role Calling all financial gurus with a love for numbers, knack for strategy and passion for sustainability. As our CFO, you will be the shepherd of our financial landscape, playing a pivotal role in shaping our financial future. From overseeing budgets to charting our course for growth, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our financial health and driving our growth trajectory. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer , the Chief Financial Officer will; guide the financial strategy and performance of NZM, collaborating closely with the board to ensure effective governance and decision making provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts of the company. work closely with the senior management team to drive the company's financial strategy and planning, optimize financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the development of the company's strategic goals. make informed decisions on investment strategies, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization, ensuring the long-term financial security and growth of the business. lead our IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation through technological solutions. manage investor relations. Desired Skills and Experience The Person Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes. Proven track record of success in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within the agriculture industry. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and digital transformation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders including investors, at all levels of the organisation.
