Construction Project Coordinator

Construction Project Coordinator We have an opportunity within the Supply Chain team as a Construction Project Coordinator. You'll be working in a future-focused Property team responsible for coordinating the project activities of the team.
What you're responsible for ·Assist with assigned projects from the Property portfolio to help with their delivery within the agreed time frames and budgets.
·Be the interface between the Owner Operator of a new or trading store and the FSNI, Property Team and external construction consultant team.
·Facilitating the delivery of clear and accurate documentation.
·Participate in all project phases from Design, Consent, Tender, Construction to Final Completion
·Be across all aspects of the project including meeting minutes, programmes, drawings, budgets, cost variations and understanding the financial reports.
What skills and experience you need ·Excellent planning and communication skills – both written and verbal
·Have great ability to collaborate with others across Foodstuffs and beyond. ·Experience dealing with construction projects.
·You'll be able to clearly articulate ideas and concepts and effectively present these to others where required.
·You'll have a can-do attitude, be capable of delivering high volumes of quality work within tight deadlines.
