The incumbent will be responsible for helping to resolve customer compliance issues by acting as a resource person for cross-functional teams and resolving all relevant non-compliance issues.Context:He or she will also provide support to the Supply Chain, Finance and Corporate teams in the administration of the settlement of non-trade supply chain deductions. Specific areas of responsibility will include responsibilities related to the validation and processing of deductions, as well as the alignment of corporate procedures with customer compliance standards.The position will communicate as required to gather compliance requirements and supporting documentation for non-trade deductions, and required approvals will be obtained by working with supply chain trade finance, sales teams, customer trade accounting, other deduction areas and the corporate accounts receivable team.Why VIBRANT?Hourly wage of $28Signing bonus6-month contract with possibility of extensionHybrid position (2 days in the office and 3 days at home)Retention bonusResponsibilities :Responsible for non-commercial supply chain deductions for specific customers.Identify and investigate root causes and trends.Distribute copies of deductions to appropriate parties for the purpose of validating or invalidating each deduction item.Ensure all deduction documentation is complete and sufficient to support expense classification (valid) or recovery (invalid deductions).Ensure timely research and resolution of customer deductions in accordance with policy and procedures.Perform effective analysis of deductions to identify root causes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce/eliminate recurring deductions.Provide administrative support by implementing systems, procedures and policies related to customer routing guide requirements.Qualifications and skills required:DEC in accounting and/or bachelor's degree in management;Knowledge and mastery of the Office Suite;Experience with an SAP system; or other system (ERP);Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry an asset.Fluency in French and English (oral and written);Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to effectively establish interpersonal relations with team and management;Strong analytical and technical skills and ability to link information together;Creative and willing to continuously improve in a fast-paced, agile environment;Project management experience;Self-starter who values integrity in their work;Organizational skills.We're looking for a dynamic person who wants to be involved in the day-to-day management of a large company, who enjoys a challenge, who shows proactivity and initiative, who will be responsible for brand development and who will play an essential role in satisfying hot and cold beverage consumers.Send us your application today!Alexandra-Jade Girard, Talent Acquisition Manager: ****** specify the ROLE for which you are applying.VIBRANT is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
